This ensures the implementation of policies in the daily working of our business. The legal and compliance requirements focus on the execution of three main processes: prevention, detection and response. Reviews of operational, financial and commercial resources are carried out and upgraded on a regular basis. In addition, the departments including human resource, legal and compliance take an active interest in these procedures. The code of transparency incorporated within the company's corporate ethics is a further advantage that facilitates the corporate governance module.
